Refund policy
Effective 31 October 2026
There's no free trial of Godspeed, so we give you 14 days to try it. If it's not for you, you get a full refund, and you don't have to tell us why.
14-day refund
- How long: 14 days from the day you buy.
- What you get back: the full amount you paid, including tax, to the card or account you paid with.
- How to ask: email support@holyplugins.co from the email you bought with, and include your order number if you have it. A reason helps us improve Godspeed, but you don't have to give one.
- What happens next: we reply within 2 business days. Moonbase, which runs our checkout, sends the refund, and your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days. Your licence is switched off when the refund goes through.
- One refund per product: each person can get one refund for each product under this 14-day promise.
Faulty products: your rights don't run out after 14 days
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If Godspeed has a problem we can't fix, or it doesn't do what we said it does, you can ask for a remedy at any time, not just in the first 14 days. Depending on the problem, that could be a fix, a replacement or a refund. Write to support@holyplugins.co and we'll sort it out.
Before you buy, please check that your computer and FL Studio version match the system requirements on the Godspeed page. If something doesn't work, email us first. Most install and activation problems are quick to fix.
If you're in the EU or UK
The law there gives you 14 days to cancel most online purchases. For downloads, that right ends once you start the download, if you agreed to that at checkout. Our 14-day refund above still applies either way, so you get the same 14 days.
Other things
- Free plugins and producer previews cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
- Price changes: we don't refund the difference if a price drops after you buy, unless an offer says we will.
- Chargebacks: please email us before going to your bank. Refunds through us are quicker.
