Terms of use

Effective 31 October 2026

These terms cover your use of holyplugins.co and anything you buy or download from us. By using the site you agree to them. The licence for our plugins is in our Godspeed licence (EULA), and refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Who we are

Holy Plugins is a partnership of Harry Marley and Ethan Parodi, 51 Indwarra Avenue, North Kellyville NSW 2155, Australia (ABN 36 842 872 994). Contact: support@holyplugins.co.

Buying

• Our store and checkout are run by Moonbase, our reseller and merchant of record. When you buy, Moonbase is the seller. Moonbase's General Terms & Conditions for Buyers apply to the sale too.
• Prices are shown in US dollars or euros. Moonbase adds any sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout.
• Launch prices and offers apply only during the dates shown. If a price drops later, we don't refund the difference, unless an offer says otherwise.
• Bring-a-mate early access: if someone you invite joins our list and confirms their email, you can buy from the early date we announce. Each person can only count once. Fake or duplicate sign-ups don't count, and we may cancel early access for anyone who games it.
• A purchase gets you a licence to use the plugin under our EULA. You don't buy the software itself.

Your account

Your customer account, licences and downloads are managed through Moonbase. Keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Using the site

Please don't:

• break or get around the site's security, licence checks or download protection
• scrape, overload or attack the site
• sign up with fake details or other people's email addresses
• copy our content, audio demos or designs to sell or pass off as yours

Our content

The site, the Holy Plugins and Godspeed names, our logos, artwork, demo audio and videos belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You can share links and short clips to talk about our products. For anything else, ask us first.

Other sites

Our site links to other services, such as Moonbase, Kit, YouTube and Instagram. We don't control them, and their own terms apply.

Your rights under consumer law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your country.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows:

• the site is provided as it is, and we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors
• we're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost work, caused by using the site
• if we're responsible to you for anything, the most we pay is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim

Where the Australian Consumer Law lets us limit our responsibility for a failure to meet a guarantee, our responsibility is limited to supplying the product again, fixing it, or refunding what you paid.

Changes and the law that applies

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Consumers in other countries keep any rights their local law gives them.
